Research Products
Due to the nature of the research products sold by FatPeptide.com, all sales are generally considered final once an order has been processed and shipped.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before shipment.
If an order has not yet entered fulfillment, a full refund may be issued.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Damaged Orders
If an order arrives damaged, customers must contact FatPeptide.com within 48 hours of delivery and provide:
Order number
Description of the issue
Clear photographs of the package and damaged items
After review, FatPeptide.com may, at its sole discretion:
Replace the damaged item(s), or
Issue a refund for the affected item(s)
Incorrect Orders
If a customer receives the wrong product, FatPeptide.com must be notified within 7 days of delivery.
Upon verification, FatPeptide.com will:
Ship the correct item, or
Issue a refund for the incorrectly supplied product
Lost Packages
A package will be considered lost only after confirmation from the shipping carrier.
FatPeptide.com is not responsible for:
Incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer
Failed delivery attempts
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
Customs delays or customs seizures
For packages lost in transit, FatPeptide.com may provide a replacement or store credit at its discretion.
Returns
For safety, quality control, and regulatory reasons, FatPeptide.com does not accept returns of:
Opened products
Used products
Refrigerated products
Research compounds
Unopened products may only be eligible for return if approved in writing by FatPeptide.com before shipment back to the company.
Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
Customs and Import Issues
Customers are responsible for ensuring products may be legally imported into their country.
FatPeptide.com is not responsible for:
Customs inspections
Import restrictions
Customs seizures
Duties, taxes, or import fees
Orders affected by customs actions are not eligible for refunds.
Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact FatPeptide.com before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
Fraudulent chargebacks, abuse of payment disputes, or false claims may result in:
Account suspension
Order cancellation
Refusal of future service
Recovery of associated fees and costs where permitted by law
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be issued for:
Customer ordering errors
Failure to read product descriptions
Change of mind after shipment
Delays caused by carriers
Delays caused by customs
Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Refused deliveries
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
