1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this Website and the purchase of any products offered by Aesthetic Labs EU SRL (“Aesthetic Labs”, “we”, “our”, “us”).

By accessing this Website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use this Website.

2. Nature of Products

All products sold by Aesthetic Labs EU SRL are strictly intended for laboratory and research use only.

They are not approved for human or veterinary consumption, medical, or cosmetic use.

Each product is labeled:
“For Laboratory / Research Use Only – Not for Human Consumption.”

By purchasing, you confirm that:

• You are qualified to handle research materials
• You will comply with all applicable laws
• You accept full responsibility for product use

3. Eligibility

• You must be 18 years or older
• All information provided must be accurate and complete
• We reserve the right to cancel orders suspected of fraud or misuse

4. Orders and Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment
• Prices are listed in EUR (including VAT where applicable)
• Accepted payment methods include (SEPA) Bank Transfer, Credit Card Payment, and/or others listed at checkout.
• An invoice will be issued after payment confirmation
• Prices and availability may change without notice

5. Third-Party Fulfillment and Delivery

Orders are processed and fulfilled using third-party logistics providers.

• Fulfillment partner: HELPSHIP SRL
• Delivery handled by: courier services (e.g., DHL, GLS, and similar providers)

Responsibility Structure

• Customer: correct order details and payment
• Aesthetic Labs EU SRL: order processing and coordination
• Fulfillment partner: packaging and dispatch
• Courier services: shipping and delivery

By placing an order, you acknowledge that your personal data (name, address, phone, email) will be shared with these partners strictly for order fulfillment and delivery.

6. Shipping and Delivery

• Estimated delivery: 3–7 business days
• Orders are shipped in discreet packaging
• We are not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Couriers
  • Customs
  • Incorrect delivery details

Risk transfers to the customer once the package is handed to the courier.

7. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of research products:

• All sales are final
• No returns are accepted

Refunds are only applicable if:

• Product arrives damaged
• Incorrect product is delivered
• Parcel is confirmed lost

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery with proof.

Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days.

No refunds for:

• Misuse
• Mishandling
• Courier delays
• Change of mind

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We disclaim all warranties including:

• Fitness for human use
• Merchantability
• Suitability for any specific purpose

9. Limitation of Liability

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and the European Union.

Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bucharest, Romania.
